Marco is a passionate software developer with more than 20 years of experience. He is able to plan, develop, and execute full stack applications or take over projects that have already been started. He covers all possible positions from developer to a project lead but his strength lies in project vision/management because he is great at listening to what clients say and converting it into what they want. He attributes his success in the fact that understands the importance of soft skills when working on a team, especially a software development team. He prides himself on following industry best practices in order to build systems that are flexible and will easily grow as clients’ needs change.
Marco studied computer science at the University of Milan in Milan, Italy. His native language is Spanish but he speaks English and Italian fluently. He lives between Cordoba, Argentina and Lima, Peru.
