Nicholas is a management consultant with over 13 years of professional service experience. He previously served as Vice President with Bayview Capital Group, a boutique sell-side M&A advisory serving middle-market firms with $10-100 million in sales and $1-10 million in operating profits. With Bayview, Nicholas led all research, analysis, and writing in presenting client firms to a global audience of professional investors, including private equity and strategic acquirers.

In his strategy consulting roles with McKinsey & Company, Nicholas held responsibilities including managing the day-to-day efforts of client service projects, leading the creation of project deliverables, engaging client executives and stakeholders, and delivering project outcomes on schedule. In his current consulting practice, Nicholas focuses on strategic assessments (market/business/competitor assessments, due diligence, and other related research and analyses), growth strategy, and project management. Over the course of his advisory career, he has served clients in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, building products, consumer packaged goods, education, financial services, healthcare, industrials, insurance, medical devices, paper products, private equity, and others.

Nicholas received an MBA in Finance as a Dean’s Fellow at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a B.A. from Stanford University.
