Paul has extensive experience in the information technology industry and has worked for clients large and small across a diverse set of industries, including manufacturing, retail, professional services, and insurance. By focusing on the needs of the client and collaborating with teammates regardless of their organizational affiliation, Paul’s teams have a track record of success.
Paul’s depth of experience in nearly every role on a project gives him a unique perspective on leading effective project teams. He is one of a small handful of individuals to simultaneously hold premier certifications in project management (a PMP from the PMI), business analysis (a CBAP from the IIBA), and development (an MCSD for .NET from Microsoft).
Though happiest working in the middle of a challenging implementation, Paul’s background includes over fourteen years of leadership in technology services firms, including a recent role as an ERP practice director for a nationally known ERP implementation firm. Through these roles, Paul has developed a keen sense of what makes projects successful, how to put projects back on track when they go astray, and how to create client satisfaction.
Paul is an avid baseball fan and youth baseball coach. He has also leveraged the fighting spirit of competing companies to contribute to “Feed My Starving Children” through competitive packing events.
Paul has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Concordia College, Moorhead, and will soon complete a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Extension School of Harvard University. Paul also has numerous certificates from leading educational institutions in project management, change management, software usability, and data analytics.
